Originally from Singapore, Cassandra Yap is an illustrator and advertising art director based in London. Her work often explores the juxtaposition between dark and beautiful subjects to create the surreal. Fuelled by her love of pin ups, the female form and all things vintage, her illustrations are bold, dark and at times a tad kinky with a touch of humour thrown in. A member of Print Club, Cassandra's work has been featured in a number of exhibitions, including Print Club’s Blisters Blackout '10 show, the charity art event 'Ai Heart Japan' and 'Art Sells/Higher Pitch' 2011 with Village Underground.
