Order Placement

Order Placement:

While browsing the website, items can be added to the shopping basket by choosing a size followed by clicking the button "add to basket ". You can either continue shopping or go to the checkout. The checkout pages will guide you through the rest of buying process. You will be able to delete items from the cart or make a change the quantity at any time.

Delivery/Shipping:

We can ship anywhere in the world using DHL. Costs will be advised at time of purchase and will be added to your bill, this will be clearly defined before check out. Lead times vary depending on items purchased. Items in stock will be dispatched within 48 hours after your payment goes through. Usually, all orders are shipped in the morning of the following day after your order is placed. All orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be shipped and posted the following Tuesday. When we have processed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with delivery information. DHL doesn't deliver over the weekend. 

Delivery Address Option: 

You can only specify a different delivery address from your billing address, if it is your place of work. Just fill in your office address details at the checkout when prompted.

Order Process:

All orders placed before 3pm GMT will be dispatched the following day. For all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, they will be dispatched the following Tuesday since we are closed on Mondays. 

Import Duties/Custom Charges outside of UK:

 

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. Please be aware that your parcel can be also delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.

General Rules for Returns:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may send it back to us within 7 days of receipt, provided the items are re-saleable with all tags attached, boxes and packages enclosed, otherwise such refunds may not be accepted. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 7-day period.

All shipping charges including the original cost of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer should you decide to return or exchange an item. Please send the parcel using any secure and traceable method i.e. Recorded/Special delivery, and retain your proof of postage receipt. Please be sure your package is insured and prepaid.

Cancellations:

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days after delivery as long as the items are in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. This applies to all products and items sold and listed on the 3939shop.com website.

Exchanges:

To exchange an item for a different size, simply specify the new size you require in the form on the delivery note. Unfortunately, we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return the item for a refund and purchase the new item separately.

Refunds:

If you are returning the goods for a refund, write 'cancel order' on the invoice and return the whole package to the address below. We will refund your credit/ debit card (excluding original shipping costs) within 30 days of receipt, and the credit should show in your account within a few days after that period.

Please note: you are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. We advise that you send the parcel fully insured to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are strongly packaged. If the goods are damaged in transit due to being inadequately packaged, we will be unable to give a refund. Please take particular care with return or exchange items, we will not be able to refund or exchange them with damaged boxes, as the box and package is considered part of the product.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Please mark the parcel very clearly as 'Returned Items'. 3939shop.com registered under Please Please Ltd will be charged import taxes if this is not written on the package.

Damages, Claims and Faulty Returns:

If you believe an item bought from us to be faulty in any way, please contact info@39-39shop.com within 24 hours to report any damage. We will respond within 48 hours and advise how to proceed. Please do not return the item until we have responded to your email. Any item found not to be faulty, returned before our acknowledgment, will be returned to the sender at their own costs.

Returns for Sales Items:

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any Sale items unless proven faulty.
